* aubergine cotton twill, hem reinforced with a fringe (2 kinds used). it is an authentic hemming techniqe often found in skirts - once the fringe becomes worn out, it is easy to replace it, prolonging the life of the skirt.
*very voluminous, hem over 5m
* suitable for late Victorian and early Edwardian styles
* wide waistband
* measurements: waist closes at 35", length from waistband to floor, in front - 43".
* idally worn wover a late Victorian petticoat and a corset
*button closure ( can be made smaller by moving the button
skirt can be shortned to a desired length if necessary, for an additional £20.
