Medieval dress, houppelande, 14-15th Century

 This medieval dress  is a real showstopper!  A fashionable houppelande suitable for re-creating an higher status lady from  the roughly 1390-1420

 Features:

• Very rare decorative brocade fabric from Sudbury Silk Mills. It is a blend, so not 100% silk, and the metallic thread is not gold, but a substitute, naturally, but the pattern is period correct.
• lined in red silk throughout, inclufing the open sleeves
• good size train
• collar fastens with 3 brass hook and eye sets, but can be worn open for a later 1420-30 style
• Size 10 -12  chest up to 40, 
• here shown on size 12( with a F cup bosom - a tad tight !)

 Belt and headdress not included, but a matching headdress (large templers in green velvet, with a separate matching roll on top, and a linen veil, as shown on studio pictures) can be purchased separately for additional £80 - do let me know if you are interested.

 The outfit is rather heavy -   UK postage with insurance is calculated in the price, but if you want to save a good £30, it can be picked up from Bedfordshre/ Buckingham shire area.
