1880s hat

 A cute tall hat, restyled and reshaped our of a vintage seagrass hat to work for the second bustle eta styling.

 The  original  form has been reshaped, recut and restutched, with the added wire to the brim and steamed/ blocked into place.

 Decorated with mix of vintage/new velvet ribbons, vintaage feather decorations and a buckle - easy to restyle as needs be.

 fits 22"-23" head - can be worn sat squarely or perched.
