Regency evening dress silk size

Regency evening/ball gown – in period correct light silk with tartan pattern,  the bodice section lined with light cotton.

 Features:

 * a bodice fitted at the back, closing with buttons, with gathered bust section.

 * decorated with vintage cotton lace

 *Drawstrings at the neck to regulate the fit over the bust

* short sleeves , also regulated by ties

*cotton velvet ribbon to accentuate the high waist, ties at the back.

Measurements –

 length from underbust to hem- 45" (114cm) , shoulder to hem - 55" (140cm)

underbust - 36" (92cm)

back width at the shoulder blades 13" (34cm)

 the buttons can be moved in for a closer fit

 Will look best on size 12-14, here shown on a model size 12, 5'7" ( 170cm),
