 A late medieval dress suitable for re-creating a high status lady/wealthy merchant's wife etc from  the second half  of the 15th century.  

 This is a model especially suitable for an equestrian use - the fabrics can be washed and the cut on the collar ensured the dress stays on the shoulders ( no need for pinning) and provide full arm mobilty,

 

 

 Features:

  •  a faux damask in a period suitable pattern.   A far cheaper option than a silk one yet looking as effective - and washable!
  • Lined in grey cotton twill -  again for the drape ( heavier than silk) and for washability factor.
  • hem bound in the same cotton twill - easy to remove and replace when it becomes tattered!
  • V collar in front, and a 'tongue' shaped collar at the back
  • Size 8 -12, chest up to 39" (99cm), length in front 59" ( 150cm). 
  •  sleeves - biceps 15." (38cm)
  • Easily adjusted to the size with a belt.
