Elizabethan loose gown

 This elegant loose gown is perfect for 1550-80 portrayal of an upper class woman.

 The gown is loose and without fastening - bit can be used with a girdle ( not incluced) if preferable.

 A comfortable garment, easy to put on and off on your kirtle -  as opposed to some more complex gowns of the period!

 Features:

 * made in silk grograin

 * lined in silk ( 7m of silk used altogether)

 * front edges sport a decoration  made from a velvet ribbon and gold metaallic braid - similar dicoration on the short sleeves

 * no fastenings - but can be added as needed,

* loose fit - but will look best on sizes 10-18.

length - 55" ( 140cm)
