Victorian winter petticoat

  A winter petticoat based on the one from V&A!

I have made one of these for myself, but have enough fabric left to make another one made (suitable for uk size 8- 14).  

Features:

 * warm cotton flannel in fetching red colour

* 3 pintucks

* waistband in glazed cotton with buttons
