 Mid-Victorian round crinoline cage suitable for 1855-65 styles

This cage was made as a demostration of various patterns and techniques for our recent class and is now available to purchase - at a discount

 Perfect for Ball gowns, day gowns - a great support vital for the proper mid Victorian silhouette.

 Features:

 *quality cotton/ silk satin as base, soft and sturdy

* cotton herrigbone tapes as suspension tapes, in purple ( to show off the stitching for the purpose of the class - but also looked good with the icy blue!)

* metal boning  - 11mm boning in the fabric bottom ( 5 hoops, joined wiht metal connectors) and 6  hoops in cotton tubular tape, overlapping and stitched together.

 *  tape as  waistband –easy to regulate waist size, best for 32-40 corsetted waist

* length - 100cm,  circumference at the bottom - 3m
