antique Edwardian bodice

 A real treasure!

An Edwardian bodice In a pretty good condition, apart from armpit staining. 

It has serverd me well for my research, but it is time for it to be useful to someone else!

* note - all our antique garments were offered, at one time or another to a museum or two, and were refused as not good/ interesting enough for diaplay - ot lack of storage :-(

* Silk satin, with machine embroidery,

*cotton lining,

*lace overlay.

*Pintucks everywhere.

*Boned.

Amazing work! 

Perfect to study and to take a pattern from!

Measurements:

Waist closes at 25” , chest at 35"
