 A  fashionable 18th century (second half) waistcoat in stunning silk fabric- the matching wrapper is also available in a separate listing!

 Features:

* high quality lampas silk with a stripe and floral pattern, suitable for the era and very expensive ( retiling over £90 per metre)

* fronts lined lined with silk

*  metal buttons, cut steel paste immitation

*  fuctional pockets

* the back is made in vintage cotton, with ties to regulate size 

* inside machine finish, overlocker

Measurements-

taken with the ties undone, so on the biggest option

chest - 51" (129cm)

waist 46" (116cm)

 It can be easily made smaller by the ties - also, the side seams and the shoulder seams are easy to open and to take in more if needs be.
