Late Victorian petticoat in silk

 Late Victorian petticoat/ underskirt with a voluminous flounces and lace: this style was popular during the  1890 period and are essential for 1890 silhouette.

The sleek upper part and the volume at the hem provided the typical bell shape to the skirts of the period - fitted at the waist and hips, voluminous at the hem (Ripple skirt etc)

  Gently used on a couple of occassions- the price reflects that
