MId Victorian skirt in silk

  A greal skirt in a lovely and rare  vintage red silk taffeta, witha woven plaid/check pattern.

  Perfect for late 40s to late 60s, ideal to wear with just a cotton blouse, garibaldi one maybe- and easy to accessorise with a matching bolero jacker, swiss waist or  just a belt. here whsown with a velvet riboon belt - not included

 It will need to be work over corsed/ horse hair petticoats plus regular petticoats, well starched - or a small cronoline hoop.

 Ideal for a garden party, picnic or a seaside.

* The waist  buttons close at 33" ( 84cm)

* Front length (waistband to hem) 47" (120cm)  - can be easily shortenened!
