Georgian coat in cotton/wool

 A  fashionable 18th century  coat  - not made by use, purchased from Past Pleasures when they dissolved. Haven't used it once as made my own for Lucas since!

  It coud  do with a visit to a dry cleaner

 Features

* lovely fabric, fully lined in the same fabric =  satin, either light wool or heavier cotton. sleeves lined with linen. body interlined

*  beautifully made, superb finish, it hangs very well and despite the stains, has plenty of life in it

*  buttons covered in the same fabric

*  fuctional pockets

Measurements-

taken  from edge to edge - these were usually worn mostly undone

chest - 44" (112cm) manufacturer's mark shows 40 - with ease

back width across the shoulderblades - 16" (41cm)

 Here shown on chest size 44", waist 38" a tad tight on the back/chest
